Darling 1970s vintage shirt in a khaki color cotton. Short cuffed sleeves, pointed collar, buttons up the front, epaulets on the shoulders with a very distinct military feel. No label. Medium size I'd say. Looks and feels like cotton.

Excellent vintage condition. Near mint.
